Dartmouth Crossing is pleased to have been designated a Special Planning Area by the NS Housing Taskforce. Special Planning Area designation will help us create residential housing units more quickly. Residential housing has always been a central part of the masterplan for Dartmouth Crossing. Having people living at Dartmouth Crossing will complete our premium live, work, play vision for the community.
