Dartmouth Crossing Contest Rules & Regulations

Entries:

1. The Village Shops at Dartmouth Crossing reserves the right to remove and discard any entries with profanity or obscene material (both online or hard copy ballots).
2. Entrants must fully complete all fields of the ballot or all online entry points. If not, the entry will be considered invalid and will be disqualified.
3. One entry per person for all contests (unless otherwise specified), including online or ballot.
4. People of all ages can participate in giveaways, with the exception of employees of Dartmouth Crossing, Dartmouth Crossing’s retailers, The Village Shops at Dartmouth Crossing’s retailers and Dartmouth Crossing’s adjacent land owners and their immediate families.

Prizes:

1. Prizes may or may not be transferable or refundable, must be accepted as awarded, and no cash will be provided in lieu.

Prize Draw:

1. Draws will either be made by selecting a random ballot, by entering all entrants names into a random draw website, or other chosen random selection methods. One (or more if applicable) winner’s name will be generated and that person will be notified by either telephone, email, Facebook, and/or private messaging. If the selected entrant(s) does not respond to the announcement within 30 days, the entrant will be disqualified and another entrant will be selected as the eligible prize winner.
2. The winner’s name(s) will be posted to social media and the Dartmouth Crossing website (if applicable).
3. All entries become the property of Dartmouth Crossing.
4. The winner(s) agrees to have photographs taken for Dartmouth Crossing’s publicity purposes.

Claiming of prizes:

1. The winner (or appointed designate) must be able to pick up the prize from 34 Logiealmond Close in Dartmouth Crossing or a designated location during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, before the pick-up deadline of three (3) months from the date of the draw, or during an event as indicated. We are not responsible for unclaimed prizing after the pick-up deadline has passed.
2. We regret that we are unable to mail or courier prizes to winners.

Privacy:

All entries submitted become the property of Dartmouth Crossing. By submitting your ballot, you are also granting Dartmouth Crossing to use, in any aggregate manner, any information that you supply for demographic purposes. However, your address and contact information is kept strictly confidential. All mailing lists are opt-in. You will not be added to any mailing lists that you do not join. By entering the contest, you are granting Dartmouth Crossing permission to email you in this manner, to notify you of winning, and/or to notify you of possible problems with your entry or other contact that Dartmouth Crossing deems necessary at our discretion.

Dartmouth Crossing reserves the right to revise, cancel or close contests at any time.

Golden Egg Giveaway Rules and Regulations (in addition to the above noted rules)

1. Overview: The Golden Egg Giveaway will take place during the Easter Bunny visiting hours at The Bunny Burrow, where one golden egg will be hidden among 100 eggs each day. The first 100 visitors each day will receive one egg, with only one of those eggs containing a golden egg prize.

   Event Details:

   • Each day, the first 100 visitors to the Easter Bunny will receive one egg. The eggs will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
   • Out of the 100 eggs distributed each day, one will contain a golden egg, which will include a special prize code.
   • Each person can only receive one egg per day, regardless of how many times they visit.

   How to Enter:

   1. Visit The Bunny Burrow.
   2. Be among the first 100 visitors to receive an egg each visiting day.
   3. Only one egg will be provided per person, per day.
   4. If you receive the golden egg, it will contain a unique prize code.
   5. To claim your prize, email the prize code to win@dartmouthcrossing.com within 24 hours of receiving the golden egg along with your name and phone number.
   6. The winner will be contacted via email to confirm their prize.

   Prizes: Each day, one winner will be guaranteed. Prizes include:

   • 1 x $1,000 shopping spree to the restaurants/stores of the winner’s choice.
   • 10 x $50 gift cards.

   The prizes will be based on the codes found inside the golden egg. Only one winner will be selected each day, and each golden egg prize code is valid for one prize only.

   Prize Redemption:

   • Winners must email the code found inside their golden egg to win@dartmouthcrossing.com within 24 hours of receiving their egg to claim their prize.
   • Winner of the $1,000 shopping spree must select from Dartmouth Crossing restaurants/stores at the time of prize confirmation. Prize must be received in person at the Dartmouth Crossing Administration Office.
   • Gift card winners must receive their $50 gift cards in person at the Dartmouth Crossing Administration Office within 3 months of prize confirmation.

   Important Rules:

   • The event is limited to one egg per person per day. No exceptions.
   • Only the first 100 visitors each day are eligible to receive an egg.
   • Winners must claim their prize within 24 hours of receiving the golden egg.
   • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.
   • Dartmouth Crossing reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates the rules or engages in fraudulent behavior.
